Minutes:
Opening and Greetings
Today's project meeting was conducted online, taking into consideration cost-effectiveness measures. Tibor Toth greeted the participants and expressed his appreciation for their presence. He then gave the floor to Robert Dudas to provide updates.
Progress on Training Plan and Video Material
The preparation of professional materials began with the establishment of a structured outline. The partners collaborated and proposed topics based on this outline. The primary goal is to develop instructional materials that are engaging and appealing to children. Tibor Toth shared the first version of the training plan, emphasizing the importance of creating videos in both clubs. The team agreed to collectively decide which videos will be uploaded to the e-platform.
Discussion on Organizing a Competition
Branko Anusic proposed the idea of teaching the children the basics of table tennis and providing them with a taste of participating in an organized competition. It was suggested that in December, a competition be organized, in which the children included in the BETTALE program would participate. This competition would offer them an opportunity to compete with one another and experience the thrill of a real tournament.
Expansion of the Program and Interest from Other Kindergartens
Kovacsicsne Sipocz Magdolna expressed the enthusiasm of the children and their eagerness to start the ping pong lessons. She also shared that colleagues from other kindergartens have expressed their interest in having their children participate in similar programs. The engaging nature of the program and its ability to capture children's attention while keeping them active has garnered attention and positive feedback.
Social Media Promotion and Next Steps
Robert Dudas suggested that all partners should upload basic information about the project on their respective social media sites. This will help promote the BETTALE program and reach a wider audience.
Next Steps:
The next project meeting will be held online in January 2023.
The team will review the prepared materials thus far and continue developing the remaining training plan for beginners until January 31, 2023.
Tibor Toth concluded the meeting by expressing his gratitude to the participants for their contributions and active engagement. He emphasized the importance of meeting the set deadlines and maintaining effective communication for the successful implementation of the BETTALE project.
