Additional points:

Simplification of Description Sections for Kids and Teachers
It was noted that some of the description sections on the digital platform may be too complex for the kids and teachers to fully understand. To address this, the team agreed on the importance of simplifying the language and content of the descriptions. Clear and concise instructions and explanations will help facilitate better understanding and engagement among the target audience. Csaba Dudas, the responsible IT E-platform developer, will collaborate with the team to modify the descriptions accordingly.

Minutes:

1.    Introduction and Project Updates Tibor Toth, the project coordinator from Sopron Turris Table Tennis Club, opened the meeting and welcomed all participants. He briefly summarized the progress made in the BETTALE project since the last meeting. The interiom report is ready  - details are presented.

2.    Presentation of New Digital Platform Elements Csaba Dudas, the responsible IT E-platform developer, presented the newly implemented elements on the digital platform. He showcased the updated features, such as user profiles, training resources, and interactive exercises. The participants appreciated the improvements and provided valuable feedback for further enhancements.

3.    Discussion on Modified Structure of Table Tennis Training Plan Tibor Toth proposed a modified structure for the table tennis training plan targeted at beginners. He shared his ideas on integrating specific drills and techniques to enhance the learning experience for the kids involved in the project. The participants engaged in a detailed discussion, offering suggestions and sharing their experiences. It was agreed to implement the proposed modifications and monitor their effectiveness in future training sessions.

4.    Report on Previous Tournament Branko Anusic reported on the successful table tennis tournament held on December 30th, 2022. The event was attended by 38 kids from preschool and primary schools in Ada, along with their parents and teachers. Both Sopron Turris Table Tennis Club and Ada TT club's kids showcased their skills and enjoyed the competition. The tournament was well-received, and positive feedback was received from all stakeholders.

5.    Announcement of Next Sport Event Tibor Toth announced that the next sport event would take place in April in Ada. The specific details and logistics will be communicated to the participants closer to the date. The event aims to provide the children with another opportunity to showcase their progress and foster a spirit of friendly competition.

6.      Preparation of Training Materials and Next Joint Training
Tibor Toth emphasized the importance of completing the recording of training materials with the kids by March 31st. This deadline will allow sufficient time for editing and organizing the materials for effective use on the digital platform. The team agreed to allocate necessary resources and prioritize this task to ensure timely completion.
In addition, preparations need to be made for the next joint training session. It was discussed that clear communication channels should be established with the participating clubs to coordinate logistics, schedules, and training methodologies. The aim is to provide a consistent and valuable training experience for all participants, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing their table tennis skills.

Interest from Other Clubs to Participate in Similar Projects
Tibor Toth mentioned that several table tennis clubs have expressed their interest in participating in similar projects in the future. This indicates the positive reception and impact of the BETTALE project within the table tennis community. The team acknowledged the potential for collaboration and expansion of the project to involve more clubs, thus benefiting a larger number of children. Future discussions and planning will be conducted to explore these opportunities and assess the feasibility of scaling the project.

Tibor Toth concluded the meeting by expressing appreciation for the productive discussions and the commitment of all participants. He reiterated the importance of meeting the set deadlines and delivering quality training materials. The next steps, including simplifying descriptions, coordinating joint training, and exploring collaboration with other clubs, were noted as key priorities for the upcoming perio
