Minutes:

The meeting commenced in Ada City with the participants representing different organizations involved in the BETTALE project.

Financial Issues
The financial matters of the project were discussed, including the allocation and utilization of funds. The team reviewed the current financial status and ensured that the project remains within the budget. Any outstanding financial concerns were addressed and necessary actions were taken to resolve them.

GANTT Chart and Project Timeline
The GANTT chart and project timeline were presented and reviewed. The team assessed the progress made so far and identified any potential delays or bottlenecks.
